Return Policy :

2. If any match will be cancelled by server problem, your joining amount will be refunded in your rojplay wallet within 1 hours.
3. If you are failed to enter match before the given match start time , then you will not be eligible for refund .
4. If you are found using any kind of hack or team up technique then your account will be blocked and you will not get any kind of withdrawal.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
1 . If any Match is cancelled due to any reasons from our side , then user will get their match fee refunded in their rojplay wellet within 1 hours.
2. User can not cancel their entry once joined any paid match .
